helped bring clearing to a case. you see a 15-year-old girl at the milton juvenile detention center in florida. she's been pulled out of a classroom because she was being rowdy. she's pulled away by a guard shannon lynn abbott. look at what happens here. the 15-year-old is slammed against the wall by abbott but it gets worse. after she is slammed on the wall, abbott body slams her on the floor and lays on top of her. then you see the other guard come down and lay on her legs and they just stay there. >> weird. it doesn't look like she's even fighting back. it doesn't matter if she was running her mouth, saying anything, she was already under control. she was already restrained. >> excellent observation. that's exactly why i'm showing you this video because the guard complained about what happened. she claimed the 15-year-old girl had been fighting back, elbowing

abbott. this video proves, as you notice, she doesn't really look to be fighting back. >> hold on a second. was the security guard trying to give this student any kind of command, that student was refusing to do and then that's why this happened? >> according to the sheriff's report the guard was asking the girl questions she didn't want to answer. eventually another staff member comes in, sits down, and appears to have a conversation with the girl. finally one of the guards gets up off the girl's legs but abbott stays on her for more than 20 minutes. once the guard finally gets off of the girl, you see she's not really moving much. she's given and ice pack because she at this point had a swollen eye and was bleeding from her mouth. eventually we see the teenager struggle to get up off the floor on her own. this even happened back in augu and there has been an the

video now, abbott was recently arrested and charged with battery causing bodily harm. but she posted bail and went right back to work. but the florida department of juvenile justice did file a request she not work with children. so while this case continues, she's been pulled from working at this detention center. video is a little older but trending now big-time online. i think you'll see why when i say big time, i mean big time. girls and guys on this motorized raft in ireland. they are normally wakeboarders but this time they are out there just horsing around. got the camera rolling. you'll see why. watch this. >> what? >> what was that? what was that? a giant basking shark. >> no. >> they purposefully push their friend in when they see the

experience. you guys know i love fast, loud cars. this video was particularly interesting to me. the lamborghini gallardo about to blast through the broadway tunnel in san francisco. found this video on ktvu. >> the sound is just amplified inside the tunnel. it's awesome. >> and it was posted on facebook. of course you might imagine san francisco police. but they are particularly interested in this video because it was posted by carl t. he posted this on his video page and made comments of we were drunk during this video. we hit speeds of 100 miles per hour. >> this is an officer of the law. >> yes. he also claims they stuffed three people into a two-seat

lamborghini. >> that's bad. you always want to believe officers of the law know better than to do this, but you also have to wonder if because they are officers of the law they feel like maybe they can get away with something like this. can you imagine how many tickets you would get if sergeant t. was behind the wheel of his patrol car with a radar gun and you tried to do this. >> we spoke to the san francisco police department. they told us sergeant carl t. still has his job but an investigation is ongoing. he recanted some things on facebook. i was kidding. we weren't drunk. we weren't going 100 miles an hour, and i wasn't even the one taking this video. >> so where was he? >> he was a hood ornament. a lot of smoke. see if we can get closer.
